Wheel Centre Cap Plate – Manual Reverse Engineering to CNC Machining
We manually reverse-engineered a missing wheel centre cap plate using calipers and gauges to capture precise dimensions. A 3D CAD model was built from scratch, test-printed for validation, then CNC machined from 6061 aluminium alloy for strength and durability.

Custom Wheel Caps – 3D Design, Print & Supply
Reproduced a set of vehicle wheel caps with no available replacements. Using dimensional measurements, we built a 3D CAD model and printed the final batch in durable, UV-resistant material with excellent part fidelity.

3D Logo Signs – Brand Modelling & Fabrication
Created custom 3D logo signage for indoor and promotional use. Starting with a 2D graphic, we recreated the logo as a layered 3D model and printed it in high-resolution PLA with professional post-processing and colour finishing.

Designed and built a functional prototype of a vibratory bowl feeder for automation. The bowl geometry was precisely modelled for spiral feed and directional control, allowing validation of feed rates and part orientation.
